	Journeyman machinists comprise the majority of PDS' workforce. They have spent most of their professional lives with us. Their standing as superior craftsmen and technicians is unquestioned, while the minimal turnover produces the consistency our customers rely on for critical components. These machinists come along side our apprentices which in turn provides an assurance to our customers of continued quality products being produced at PDS. The skill and dedication of our employees gives PDS the ability to accept projects that others view as too difficult to handle.
